The traditional assembled stable floor (such as PVC/composite material) can achieve a sound pressure level attenuation of 75-85 dB, but its joint areas still have an uneven sound energy distribution of up to 15%, and the rigid surface lacks a buffering mechanism for the impact load of horse hooves. In contrast, the specialized assembled floor for stable rinsing achieves a 82% wideband sound energy absorption rate through honeycomb damping structure, stabilizing the sound pressure level in the operation area at below 60 dB, and significantly reducing the resonance peak in the 200-2000 Hz key frequency band by over 70%, thereby significantly improving the static standing comfort index of the horses.
